Standard Services (Level 1)

• Each resident can select his or her choice of 8 floor plans
• Regular health and wellness assessments with daily safety checks
• Medication counseling, as needed
• Emergency call response system located in every apartment
• Three meals served restaurant-style daily, therapeutic diets available
• Active social, recreational, and educational programs
• Daily housekeeping and linen service
• Scheduled transportation to medical appointments
• On-site beauty and barber services 3 days a week

Select Care Services (Level 2)

• All Standard Services are included
• Assistance with administration of non-injectable medications
• Intermittent assistance with daily living activities
• Occasional reality orientation
• Incidental escort services to meals and community events

Support Care Services (Level 3)

• All Standard and Support Care Services are included
• Administration of injectable medications
• Frequent assistance with daily living activities
• Assistance with manageable incontinence
• Frequent reality orientation
• Housekeeping as necessary
• Escort services to meals and community events
• Continuous two-hour wellness checks
